The Alkè Club's leadership team is composed of dedicated individuals chosen by our members through annual elections. The team includes the following positions
President
The President presides over all meetings of The Alkè Club(TAC), represents TAC in all matters, coordinates club activities, and performs other necessary duties.
Vice-President
The Vice-President assists the President, presides at meetings in the President's absence, and assumes the office of the President if it becomes vacant.
Secretary
The Secretary is responsible for keeping records of all TAC proceedings, handling correspondence, and notifying members of meetings.
Treasurer
The Treasurer manages the financial affairs of TAC, prepares budgets, and maintains accurate financial records.
Advisor
TAC has an advisor who guides and supports the BSA. The advisor is chosen annually by the officers.
Meetings
TAC holds meetings at least once per month during the academic year, and additional meetings may be scheduled as needed. Special meetings can be called by the President or upon the request of at least five members.
Amendments to the Constitution
This constitution may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the members present and voting at a regular TAC meeting. Notice of proposed amendments must be given at least one meeting in advance.
